1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sift CV platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, hiring managers, and any other personnel who access the platform.
2. Description of Service
Sift CV is a recruitment technology platform that provides:
- AI agent-powered voice competency interviews with automatic transcription and assessment
- Automated CV parsing, scoring, and ranking against configurable rubrics
- Two-stage shortlisting with human review and override capabilities
- Justification interview functionality to verify candidate claims
- Candidate pool management with tagging and multi-job assignment
- Version-controlled template library for rubric management
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and the data of candidates processed through the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, where applicable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful recruitment purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
- Upload or process data that you do not have lawful authority to process
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to candidates
- Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material to the platform
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AI-Regenesis Ltd. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including CV documents, rubric templates, and scoring configurations.
Rubric templates marked as "shared" within your organisation may be accessed by other authorised users in your organisation.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
AI agent-generated assessments, scores, and interview summaries are provided as decision-support tools only. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the human users of the Service. AI-Regenesis Ltd shall not be liable for hiring decisions made using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Regenesis Ltd's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. We may retain anonymised and aggregated data for analytical purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
